So its been around 6 weeks on the comp diet now. I have moved from 82.7 to 77.9kg as of last week. I just pulled 145 for 7 on the DL, and pressed 90kg for 6, so my strength is still there. I look leaner, but far away from adonis status. Actual prep starts mid June, so I am going to try maintain strength up till there. After that I really dont know how to program my routine. Till then I am running Wendler, with the bodybuilding accessory work. The cheat meals doe, oh i trully have fucked up with the cheat meals. So far they have been
1. Family Burger Box from KFC 2. Burger + Ribs + subway cookies + ben and jerrys 3. Family Burger Box KFC 4. 1kg Mad Mex Burrito
Jesus, I always finish the meal feeling like a phaggot, but I never learn my lesson.

Well boys I had a blinder tonight and pushed a triple on 170! Pretty well too! I would guess a 1rm around 180-185 atm? Which to be completely honest is a bit confusing considering I havent lifted over 80kgs for nearly 9 months!
I pulled up slightly sore, but I'm absolutely stoked! If I can have another solid week next week then I will start a proper program again!
In other news one of my good mates (quinny, aaron) thats quite the athlete messaged me today and told me his starting this; classic bert stare moment!

snagged a couple of cheeky singles on 180! Pretty happy, so I will do a new powerlifting based program for bench aiming for 195 1rm! pretty excited to have goal again!

Comp prep has started as of Sunday 21/06
I am down to 77kg. The diet is fucking brutal and its fucking week 1. 3 meals with carbs, 3 meals without. The cardio routine is fucked . 15minutes - incline 3, speed 8 for 2 minutes, speed 12 for 1 minute Using John Meadows training split. Legs/rest/Chest+shoulders+tris/rest/back+bis/arms/rest/ Its a great training programme which breaks the workout into 4 phases - prepump/explosive lift/SupramaxPump/Loaded Stretch.

Ah there is ment to be a rest day after back/bis. In any case, I only do 6 working sets of bi's on back day and focus more on a pump over failure.
I can't imagine my bf% would be below 18-17% at this stage, but thats just a guess. I probably look the leanest I have now since 2011. I was going to get a dexa scan done but I just cbf going to the city. Ill get it done tomorrow on the wildly inaccurate gym machine.

My training is going going along at complete mediocracy, I work so much including, part time uni and now I run my own business... Moreover, a large focus is on knee rehab and strength, just trying to get it back.

I feel as if I hold way too much water, even though I have lost all this weight, towards the end of the day I still look bloated all over.
Mind you I am hitting creatine mono on the daily and drinking over 3-4L/day. The coach wants me on this
