| Well fucking hell lads, Its been a little over a week and I have already put on 5kgs! fuckn hell. I still have the abs and overall shape, but definately looking alot more fuller and holding water. Its so easy to overdo the portions and eat shit now that I am in the off season. I think the key is follow the post-comp diet and keep everything as ritualised as possible! | |

| Righto, another update... seems like I am only doing it for myself at this point. Anyway, I have gained another 3kgs putting me at around 68-69kgs. I still have abs and am still vascular which is good sign. I have taken advantage of all this food I am eating and am training twice a day, sometimes thrice a day if you count cardio. I have a goal physique in mind now and am beginning to see it take shape.
I am back on serge nubrets split, which means a shit ton of volume training but I am gradually increasing the weight. I am trying to do this whole bulking process differently this time. Safetly and slowly are the two words to describe it. I honestly feel like superman in the gym, insane pumps and I looked twice as big as before under the gym lighting lol. But more importantly maybe because I am a lot leaner, I can actually feel the muscle work during the movements. I can feel the blood squirt through my bicep vein during curls ffs. It was odd at first but now it fucking turns me on.

My training is fucked, I can barely walk, my knees are fucked and I've had a gutful of the gym, can't stand going in there.

| Hey dudes, need to ask something.
Been going gym for about a month now, only about 3 days a week. Doing strength stuff so Squats every session, dead lifts, overhead press, bench and barbell rows.
So when squatting i get sorta sharpish pains in my inner thigh/groin area that i was kinda ignoring at first because i thought it was normal when you begin squatting. Now its hasn't gone away so I've stopped squatting because its pretty pain full and from what i've read online, isn't normal. I also have a pinching ache in my right hip somewhere. Its kinda hard to pinpoint where this pain in my right hip is exactly tho. What i got from google was a lot of people recommending stretches before after and in-between sets. The hip pain tho i don't really know, my best guess is i may have a hip problem because of my bad posture?
Just wondering if any of you have dealt with this before and if you can suggest some stretches/exercises i can try? Anything to help with the hip and my posture or is that something i should see someone about?

GP's are useless unless they're refering you for a scan, go to a physio or find a doctor with half a brain!

| Nah not sciatic if its inner thigh!
Sorry I missed this abs, definitely sounds like strain/ tiny tear. Hopefully it has since cleared up. If not, its not too late just rest and see a good physio. And shop around to find one! A good chiro just about doesnt exist!

| Dont get me started on chiro's. Take my uninformed opinion that spinal adjustments are a surefire way to land yourself in a wheelchair.
In any case. I pretty much have been doing nothing since my comp. Just daily gym with no real goal

| Damn aza you got super shredded! did you reverse diet out to maintenance cals to keep the shredds? I'm currently doing IFFYM lean bulking at around 2780 cals macros 400Carb 70F 170P training 5x a week and trying to progressive overload on the main compounds with 2 Power days and 3 Hypertrophy. It's fkn slow as fuck and bodyweight is fluctuating I'm considering fuck counting shit and just hitting my protein & fat macro.
Best tips to put on size and look swole without getting fat as fuck? Ive read some studies be in aggressive calorie surplus hit training hard for like 3 weeks and on the 4th week deficit.
Whats your diet like now after comp?

| Hey Skal,
I had a coach and they pretty much had me on mass cardio and shit all carbs. Mainly protein and vegs. After comp, I have been just enjoying life and not getting too obsessed about food. I am trying to gain mass at the moment.. but its just not happening. Might have to get on the gear.
