Also as Aaron mentioned, avoid all things he listed in his post; those markets are a dead end.

I think you are going to change your tune when hear the game changer idea I have for supplements here. Get this brother, we'll develop some bull supplement but market it as letting you not only cut that fat nomsaiyan but reap the rewards as you put on dat dere muscle mass at the same time.

Woah I haven't heard of this before. Someone on youtube was ranting about this very same nonsense lately and to an extent I agree with him. How much of the supps is habit as opposed to actually seeing noticeable benefit? Most of the guys that come in my gym swear by some supplement which they need to take x hours before working out otherwise they just don't feel right.

Personally the only real difference I have noticed with anything is creatine and glutamine and I am still not 100% on whey protein shakes.

I think the guys that made that Jack3d supp are looking at possible jail time for ignoring the fact that their product caused liver failure or something. Instead of pulling it from the market they quickly sold off their remaining stock, soooo low.

The supplement market is such a scary place, full of unregulated and unscientific bullshit.

ive just been grinding out job apps. have had a couple of phone interviews waiting to hear back from them

Working. Just getting settled into the new role. Other then that I am starting prep again for the next comp so that takes most of my time. and some games in the arvo before bed

Same old stuff for me, Football, beer etc. Got my 3 year anniversary with my missus tomorrow night, taking her to some fancy restaurant in The Rocks, just spent a shit load of money on her for presents but I think I still want to get her something but no idea what.

Football season is coming up so I'm just working on cardio to build my fitness back up, got premier league try-outs next week but not sure what primary position I should try out for; keeper or left wing/midfield. Haven't played outdoor for a few years so I'm quite excited to get back into it, just hope I still have the same level of skills from when I was younger.  

On that note, as you all know I'm a skinny bastard but I need to try and develop some form of core strength if I want to take football seriously again, any suggestions on what I could do for this? Diet and workout wise, suggestions?

EDIT: Also need to focus on chest and shoulders

played a cod4 (pc) one day competition today, was a good bit of nostalgia getting the team back on to play and seeing a few other faces come out of the woodwork's for it. However, that sweet nostalgia feeling was cut short as we lost two straight best of ones to get knocked out (double elimination bracket).

The real kick in the teeth was having to get up at 6:45 to play (given it started at 10am AEST) only to lose to abz in the first game who dropped a 30 bomb on our fat heads and might just be Australia's sharpest 2016 player
