| So we smashed those Pakis. Taylor, N.McCullum & Oram took the Paki bowlers for 100 runs in the last 6 overs! Severe matchfixing here tbh, Taylor was dropped 3 times (2 absolute sitters), numerous legside full tosses were dished up at the end of the innings and a fair few wides to boot.
At one stage Oram and Taylors partnership was 85 off 25 balls lol.

| that Paki keeper, K.Akmal or something. He's the worst cricketer.. those two catches he missed/dropped were woeful. First one was his by a mile. Second one was dropped in the same way the Sydney Test went down. | |

| considering the wealth of talent in australia, you would think there would be more. I do know that india has kept the majority of their former cricketing greats to have some input in the selection process. | |

Now our selection panel consists of 1 full time selector, 2 part time selectors, the coach and the captain. 5 people total Thankgod, the australian selection panel are total muppets, some of the selections for the tour of sri lanka were based solely on an australian A tur of Zimbabwe just recently....Zimbabwe A? We may aswell have played NZ A. - Quote :

| Attn Beertank23:
To answer your question, Doug is the son of former test cricketer Brendan and the nephew of former NZ coach/player John Bracewell. The latter being the more well known.
Apologies for the late reply. My cellular calling device decided it didn't want to send my answer.

| Dammit! Thought you mugs were going to take the lowest innings score away from us (26 v England back in the 50s).
How good was Clarke in the 1st innings!? A captains knock and then some.

How good was Clarke in the 1st innings!? A captains knock and then some. Let it be known in the Simon katich corner, so Clarke can go jam his ton, although very timely. The aussies were 9/21 lolololol.

| Woah woah woah, settle down there gents. Don't get your knickers in a twist.
I meant we are going to cop it. Probably should have used a word other than 'backlash' but there you go.
Steyn and Morkel have got nothing on Chris 'The Phantom' Martin! As for our batting, well we've got McCullum who's like the best thing since sliced bread.
