I was thinking about this, just change providers. They have secured the right to get your details from the ISP, so if your details with TPG change to Telstra... they just lost the ability to contact you. Could ahve been any Aaron Callaghan in Australia!

I changed to Telstra in about November, I was an iinet customer at the time, it doesn't absolve me from a crime committed at the time, I'll still be in iinet's database from that time period.

I dont think they will launch a class action lawsuit against internet users, the worst they probably might due is work out the lost earnings and make all the people pay a % of the cost.

They are still a long way from that

Brazil is sick, if you're into travelling I definitely recommend to go there or South America in general. Definitely hit up Iguazu Falls to see some mad landscapes. Oh and of course the Amazon rainforest. If you're in Rio, you should definitely go on the favela tours (if you're a real cunt go to the city of God and see if you come back with all your limbs) Anyways theres heaps of landmarks, historic and cultural shit in Brazil for me to mention but if you're into all that shit; Brazil is def a place to go to.
The only thing about Brazil that was a let down was the food (I think it was a let down for me cause I was expecting something more) couldn't really find any typical exquisite cuisines to experience their culture, these cunts just love all you can eat buffets and the commericalised american foods.

I recently got back from South East Asia in Feb/March.
I would definitely move to Cambodia to live, everything is cheap (cheaper than most of Asia), awesome food, girls are aight and you can get beer for 25c!
