I'm off crutches, my robocop leg bends to 45 degrees now and I've got 1 more week in the leg and I'm out of it, doing leg strength work and now working on making my knee bend again. Should be back rebuilding my legs in about a month.

Time for the weekly update boys;

Into the 5th week, and my next pack of 6 weeks worth has just arrived in the mail. The plan is to go for 8 or 10 weeks (probably 10) and leave the next 2 weeks worth as a back up (which I'll get in to in a moment).

Physically I'm feeling really quite good! Still some minor pain/discomfort at various points during the week, but on a whole the sciatica is largely negated. It has allowed me to properly stretch my hamstrings and glutes, and training as a whole seems sustainable atm. I'm doing squats holding a plate in front of me (like you see women do), which is quite good, doesnt seem to load my back and I get a bit of a hit out of it, and lunging and also doing some horizontal leg press.

Now I believe the major impact of the peptides, that I've experienced, is that of an anti-inflammatory. Which is great, and allows my discs to relieve the sciatic nerve and hopefully allows some healing to commence (also assisted by the peptides). My concerns are that when the anti-inflammatory wears off, and enough healing hasn't occurred, I'll go back to being fucked! lol so that why I have the extra 2 weeks worth, so I can run it at a maintenance dose of 1/2 a hit every 2 weeks and gauge that as well.

All in all very positive, and interesting, but still lots to learn and see! The left leg is still very much numb on the outer side of my quad, which seems to have only commenced with the peptides, but hasnet seem to get worse, and I wonder what it will do after the run of tb500.

Early 6th week update boys;

Feeling fucking terrific, barely any sciatic discomfort this last week, and seem more flexible and mobile than I would have guessed possible! Pec is feeling good as well, I found a dogshit vertical chest press machine, absolutely awful stuff, but I can move that without any issues or pulls so I'm happy as can be! My weight is down to 103, I think just being a bit more mobile and training regularly again! Good times, will commence a brief clean up again of my diet for the next few weeks, and I finish the ostarine tomorrow!

I pulled 170kg at 80kg. Smooth and swift. Then I think i tweaked the lower back with some bent over rows. Sitting stiff as a log atm. hopefully its nothing serious.

So my lower back is fucked. I think its just a muscle strain at this point, because I can do everything but bend over. No sciatica which is good news. Hopefully be back in a week.

Nothing too exciting to update boys, still using the thymosin, sitting pretty steady in the position I've been for a little while now, so some minor sciatic pain every so often, and some tightness down that leg. Not hitting that super mobile, no discomfort point I was hoping for, but still theres hope!

Numbness in the left leg has somewhat dissipated though! So thats something

The missus' first comp on Sunday boys, which should be some fun! Zane I'll get some photos of the fitness physique competitors if you like!
